• Establishment of LAN for IP cameras other access control devices using Fast Ethernet, POE and Fiber switches work in brands i.e. Utepo, IP com, TP link, IVY, ONV and cisco in security domain.
• Providing remote surveillance and access control using cloud, port forwarding and public IP addresses.

• End to end project delivery in OSP, FTTX, Metro and core fiber projects. Customer relation management.
• Attending meeting with client / operator and Project team, sub-contractors to meet the project deadlines and targets.
• Meeting and communication with client/operator for finalizing the PO and line items in coordination with commercial and concern stake holders.
• Planning and surveying OSP, FTTX in team work as per client/operator SOP and finalizing the design documents and get it approved from the client.
• Preparation of BOQ for all the site .Site survey for civil works if required. Submitting the BOQ to the operator.
• Selection of fiber cable joint closures and their quality
• Start the execution of FTTX and OSP as per final approved design, hiring the sub- contractors for the concerned OSP and civil works. Supervision of sub- contractors to check quality of work and implementation of HSE standards.
• Making sure by doing onsite inspection that sub- contractors are following SOP in laying, splicing, termination and testing of fiber optic cable and also reducing wastage of material.
• Acceptance of fiber work done by the sub –contractors removing the discrepancies if any and proper labeling of the OSP/FTTX elements.
• Inviting the client/operator management for the final RFS and handover with one month free service warranty.
• Updating all OSP /FTTX plan and splicing, cabling and civil record in the GIS or telecodia.
• Coordination with other departments like switching and transmission for capacity planning.
• Knowledge of OSP elements different type single mode FOCs, primary secondary copper cables, ODF, MDF Cabinet, DPs, closures and Passive GPON Splitters.

• Hands on experience on soft wares like CBCM, PMS, WFM, GIS, NE, Gpon tracker and Auto cad used for inquiries and network planning
• Also work as coordinator in Fault reporting center. Management and task assignment to field staff and time to time follow up with them escalating faults to concern departments.
• Designing of Network, preparation of BOQ, for Copper network and FTTX passive network, implementation of OSP as per design and update onsite changes in the as built drawing.
• Management of civil contractors and follow up with authorities for road works.

• Full knowledge of Etisalat copper and GPON network for example splitters, FDH(o), FDH (I), MDF, DP, Joint closures, drop fiber, UG copper cables of different capacity etc.

• O&M and monitoring of different type lease circuits E1, E3 and PRIs, transmission links and transmission systems
• O&M of FR, E1, and STM 1 STM 4 links to corporate sector, GSM sites and other places. O&M of SDH system. Huawei OSN 3500 & OSN 7500.
• O&M of 2MB and less than 2MB links using different media and technology like DXX Node (New bridge or Tellabs)
• Testing of transmission links, loop back testing, end to end testing , BERT, coordination with NOC,
